These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and Services offered by Aryzze(“Aryzze,” “we,” “our”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

Aryzze provides revenue infrastructure — including AI lead scoring, multi-channel communication, automation, and analytics — together with optional professional services. We may improve, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time.

2. Accounts

To use most of the Services you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, data protection, and telecom regulations.

4. Customer data & privacy

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. We process such data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

5. Fees

Paid Services are billed according to the order form or pricing page applicable to your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with the same standard of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.

7. Intellectual property

Aryzze and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and underlying technology. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms.

8. Warranties & disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryzze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aryzze is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
