Last updated · May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aryzze (“Aryzze,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our website, products, and revenue infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. Name, work email, company, phone number, and any message you share when you request a demo, contact sales, or sign up.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, referring URL, device, browser, IP address, and similar diagnostic data — collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Customer data. Lead, contact, conversation, and performance data your team processes through our platform, handled under the terms of your customer agreement.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.
- To prevent fraud, secure our systems, and comply with the law.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM); (b) parties involved in a corporate transaction; or (c) authorities when required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request deletion at any time as described below.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. Submit any request to privacy@aryzze.com and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to harden our environment.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
